Nordiko continues to provide support to both recently delivered systems and legacy Nordiko machines. We have recently upgraded a Nordiko PVD system in Germany that is over twenty years old, machine longevity is a key at Nordiko.
We have also provided upgrades to production ion beam process systems in the USA changing their configuration from 150mm to 200mm substrate compatible. Upgrades include a revision to the system control systems, including completely new hardware and fully compliant GEM/SECS software where required. Nordiko upgrades successfully improve the up-time for these systems reducing their operational cost-of-ownership.

Service Department

Nordiko Technical Services Ltd provides on-going support to our customer-base worldwide.
In addition, we offer Preventative Maintenance packages tailored to your requirements. The frequency and level of support are dependent on the type and amount of use of your system.

On-line service & support is available on an hourly basis.


We offer repair services for many components – this is particularly beneficial for electrical and electronic modules. We are highly committed to offering different levels of customer service including a service for repairing high value items, should a failure occur.

Should you require our repair facilities service, you will need to contact our Service team for a Repair Materials Authorisation (RMA) number.

We offer a fault remedy at a competitive price. If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement unit will be quoted. All repairs are all carried out by our highly qualified personnel.

Spare Parts and Consumables

Nordiko recommends that our equipment users fit Nordiko-approved parts to their machines. To support this philosophy, we provide a spares parts service.

Maintenance and refurbishment

All Nordiko products are manufactured using the highest quality precision-made components. To ensure the best performance and extend the useful lifetime of the equipment, fitting 3rd party parts can compromise system and process performance so we suggest always using genuine Nordiko spare parts.
